Ranjeet Singh

"Hi! My name is Ranjeet, I was born and raised in an area renowned for its brass works. My childhood was surrounded by anything and everything made of brass. As a child, while traveling from home to school and back home, I used to witness fine-looking handicrafts. I was often captivated by the exquisite works of art and by how a block of brass or metal was transformed into a most amazing piece of art.

"My family has long been in this profession - it was inevitable for me to follow in their footsteps. You could say that where I come from, at least one person in every family is involved in this profession. So I followed tradition. After I finished my MSc in Chemistry, I joined my father and eventually set up on my own. It has been an exciting time, with demand for my products always growing. I am always on the lookout for new ideas and developing new designs.

"I have dreams of growing and expanding within the field of handicrafts. This is a very exciting career and I believe there are lots of things to learn."
